Seal and Heidi and the not matching charts

Even when two persons' signs don't match, they can have a long time relationship. Often Venus is making a sweet aspect between the charts and than everything looks sweet, nice and attractive. Seal and Heidi Klum never had matching charts. They were together long enough to become parents. Venus quatronovile (160d) Venus was of great help and so was his Mars biquintile her Mars. They had a good time, but now it is over. Here is the chart of the day of birth of Seal. The transits (the positions outside the circle) are Heidi's. 

His Sun in Pisces, hers in Gemini

Those signs  - and life styles - don’t match. Who is the boss? Who is the one getting attention?

Her Moon in Gemini and his in Sagittarius or Capriocorn. No match. They have to make compromises to live in the same room.

The signs of their Mercury are Aquarius and Gemini. The Mercury’s don’t make a nasty aspect, so they seem to be able to communicate.

Venus quatronovile Venus is great. They enjoy each other’s presence and love each other. Such an aspect helps to keep the relationship going for a long time, even if there is no match.

Mars biquintile Mars:; creative cooperation! They created 3 children!

Passion is OK and so is communication, but they have a different life style and different habits. But they also have a mutual Pluto-Sun synastry. Pluto is for intensity and intensity makes it hard when you are basically different.

Famous couple: Meryl Streep and Don Gummer

Meryl Streep (June 22, 1949, at 7:05 a.m. EST Summit) has a long lasting marriage with Don Gummer (born December 12, 1946 in Louisville). They are married since 1978 and their Sun signs don't even match!

NO MATCHING SIGNS
She is a Cancer, he is a Sagittarius. Her Moon is in Taurus and his in Leo (and that gives a strong will and perseverance!). Her Mercury in Gemini doesn't match with his in Scorpio. Her Mars in Gemini is in a sign opposite his Mars in Sagittarius! Jupiter in Aquarius doesn't match with Jupiter in Scorpio, either. It doesn't stop raining not matching signs! How come that they are still together?

VENUS TRINE VENUS
'Goodwill and willingness to bend', Meryl Streep said. And there is one great aspect that shows goodwill: VENUS exactly TRINE VENUS. That harmonious aspect between the planet of love makes it easy to love each other. It is a very nice aspect in a relationship! Venus trine Venus for 'Goodwill and willingness to bend' is a benefit for any relationship:)! As you see from this example, Venus (= luv:) helps to overcome many differences!

SHARING SUN-URANUS
Meryl and Don both have an aspect between Sun and Uranus. Sharing Sun-Uranus means (I quote the article on Astromarkt about sharing aspects):

Sun and Uranus shared in aspect might indicate joined rebellion. How long this will last in a proper family home in a suburb, especially when the aspect is hard? But in a group of inventive people or in a place where news items are made you certainly can go for ‘sensation’ together. This relationship could have an unusual start. SUN-URANUS
Sharing a hectic life, allowing each other to be different, free and independent might be the solution for a Hollywood couple. They are both 'different than the rest is', a special kind of couple in a world of divorce. Sun-Uranus in a woman's chart is one of the indications for possible divorce. And they live in separate worlds.

In her chart Sun is conjunct Uranus and they are ruling the first and seventh house. Maybe the Sun-Uranus opposition in the chart of her husband magically fitted with that. He is a sculptor, not a movie star. They live different kinds of life and perhaps that is what they want.

No, there is no match. But they share the will to be independent and the will to make life (and the world) a better place. And last but not least: there is love between them.

Catharina the Great and her young lovers

Catharina de Grote had many lovers. In The Hermitage in Saint Petersburg they tell us that there might have been 70 young tall men who shared her bed. She managed to take over the throne of her husband and he was killed a week later. From that moment on until she died, she desired the company of young men. I don't know if the young men were volunteers.


What in her chart tells us why she had so many young lovers?
a. Venus is conjunct Moon. She needed to be loved and appreciated and had a lust for love. She also had sense of art and loved to educate the people by means of libraries and arts.
b. Venus and the Moon are opposition the Midheaven. That tells us that her sense of beauty (and need for love) was of crucial importance.
c. Venus and the Moon are in Gemini, the sign of 'more than one' and the sign of 'young'.
d. Mars rises before the Sun and is conjunct the Sun in Taurus. This tells us that she is an energetic active lady and not likely to stick to reading novels.
e. There is a Yod with Pluto in the 8th as the apex of a Mars-Saturn-Pluto combination (the combination of the theme of unnatural death). The inconjunction of Mars and Pluto points at disproportionate use and abuse of power and influence (more about Mars and Pluto on my site Astromarkt. The inconjunction of Saturn and Pluto tells us that she was a rather extreme 'die hard'. More about Saturn-Pluto combinations on Astromarkt...
f. The astrological equivalent for 'many' is : Jupiter. This planet is in the 5th house of entertainment, children, pro-creativity and ...lovers.

Venus and Uranus: exciting love

Venus is the planet of love and entertainment. Uranus is the planet of controversy. So if you attract controversial lovers or if your love life is hot news, Uranus might be involved. Venus-Uranus is frequent in the chart of pop musicians, and some of them have a reputation with women (Rod Stewart, Mick Jagger, David Bowie – quindecile -). The world of entertainment is exciting…
Artist and 'freewheeling lovers' may have Venus-Uranus aspect or midpoint combinations or Venus and Uranus prominent in their Astro I.D. The aspects provides sense of rhyhm.
Uranus also urges to haste and speed. Uranus helps to fall in love easily (and sometimes blindfolded:). In love this aspect could cause marriages with the wrong person, too soon. With Venus-Uranus adventures in love are not unthinkable. In some cultures these adventures won't be experienced by the woman, but by her partner. The other woman is the Venus-Uranus woman. (But what if you are the other woman?:)

SUN-URANUS and VENUS-URANUS DIVORCES
Sun or Venus afflicted by Uranus in the natal chart of a woman often is one of the 'bad signs' for long lasting relationships.

Lisa Marie Presley (who gave birth to a twin recently married 4 times (and divorced 3 times). She has Sun in Aquarius and there is a sesquisquare with Uranus within 2 degrees of orb. She also had Venus in Capricorn square Saturn and that makes it easy to see the mistakes and the disadvantages of a marriage and a partner. She was born February 1, 1968 in Memphis.

2.
Elisabeth Taylor (who is very ill now and recently went to the UK to say farewell to her family members there) has Venus in Aries (good sign for love at first sight, bad sign for keeping the fire burning) conjunct Uranus (good for an artist and falling in love, producing however a flashlight-relationship), in the 5th equal house of games (and opposite sex). Her oriental Mars might indicate an orientation on males...She married 8 times, twice with the same man. Here is her chart...


3.
Princess Caroline of Monaco married 3 times and had one divorce. The second husband died in an accident. She has Sun opposition Uranus in the 5th house, Jupiter (for multitude) in the 7th house of marriage and Mars sesquisquare Saturn. Sun-Mars and Mars-Saturn afflictions in the chart of a woman are, like Sun or Venus with Uranus indications for more than one (and if there are too many of these indications, no!) marriage. 4. Jennifer Aniston has Venus opposition Uranus, orb 5,5 degrees (translated light by Jupiter in the 6th degree of Libra). She also has Sun square Mars, but that is another story. Sun square Mars is another sign for possible problems in longlasting relationships. The 3rd indication in her chart is Venus in Aries (!) sesquisquare Mars. Venus and Mars rule the 1st and 7th house!

Dutch singer/entertainer Ria Valk (born February 11, 1941 in Eindhoven; started her carreer imitating Elvis Presley and is now a painter) has the Sun tightly square Uranus and she recently decided that it was better for her to remain alone. VENUS-URANUS TRANSIT, PROGESSION AND COMPOSITION CHARTS
A progressed aspect between Venus and Uranus might just be a butterfly passing by or a flashlight relationship. It can also be an unexpected new hobby or pleasure (Venus is not per se love!) that will not last for long. I had it when I went to a carnival weekend. Loved it! But haven’t done it again…
With Venus in Gemini connected to Uranus you might start dancing, all of the sudden. Venus-Uranus is for surprises and unexpected bruses in love. Never a dull moment with Venus-Uranus! But sometimes when marriages crash, there will be injuries. That is the other side of Venus-Uranus.


The marriage of Prince Andrew and Sarah Fergusson is a fine example of Venus-Uranus in the composite chart…

President Zuma and his 3 ladies

Jacob Zuma is the new president of South-Africa. There are 3 first ladies. In my post about Venus in double bodied signs I wrote about Venus in Pisces:

"Venus in Pisces is a flexible Venus in a double look-a-like sign. But Venus is also very sensitive, empathic and romantic in Pisces. That is why so many artists have Venus in Pisces or Venus related to the ruler of Pisces. (...) Jacob Zuma has Venus 'calling', too and in Pisces, just like Hefner.
